We are a community of faith offering help and hope, spiritual and emotional support for those caring for loved ones suffering with Mental health difficulties. We always meet on the third Thursday of the month at 7pm-8:30pm in the Pastoral Center. For information contact Maria at 708.284.6511.

The St. Damian Food Pantry delivers non-perishable groceries and some non-food items to the needy in Oak Forest. We are not currently involving volunteers in the packing of groceries, but we do need help with delivery. We are in need of drivers! We will give you bags of groceries to deliver to our friends in need beginning at 8:30am the Saturday of the distribution. Come to the School door closest to the Church to pick up a set of groceries to deliver. Are you in need of food, or do you know someone who is? Call our HOTLINE at 708-802-0484 and leave a message. Food Pantry Distribution

The St. Damian Food Pantry delivers non-perishable groceries and some non-food items to the needy in Oak Forest. We are not currently involving volunteers in the packing of groceries, but we do need help with delivery. We are in need of drivers! We will give you bags of groceries to deliver to our friends in need beginning at 8:30am the Saturday of the distribution. Come to the School door closest to the Church to pick up a set of groceries to deliver.

Embracing Memories

Embracing Memories is a seven week grief support program with an introduction to be held on Monday October 18th at 7:00 PM in the lower level of the St. Damian Pastoral Center, 5250 155th Street Oak Forest, Il. Knowing there are others who care about you and understand what you are experiencing can aid in the healing process. Please call Deacon Stearns at 708-687-1312 to register. Current Covid-19 safety measures will be in effect.
