Lectors

Mission Statement

The nourishing word of God has been entrusted to Lectors to proclaim to the assembled people at Mass. Prayerfully we prepare ourselves to be the medium through which the gathered faithful hears the word and so we in turn are fortified by that very word through by the process of making it our own. The Lector is the spiritual descendant of the prophets of old through whom God spoke to His People.
