Bereavement Ministry

Mission Statement

The Bereavement ministry allows us to deepen our awareness and understanding of the Christian call to comfort the grieving. Our pastoral role is one of being present to those who have lost a loved one through the various elements of caring for those who sorrow and are in need. We affirm the needs of the grieving; we consider their feelings normal and we accept the opportunity for Christian ministry as disciples of Jesus Christ.
